Our CMS Fulfillment
Center specializes in direct mail projects, new product introductions,
and promotion launches. Additionally, we can handle an array of
client specified and approved requests for broker sales materials,
distributor meetings and sales force needs targeted for specific
industry events - all on a daily basis.
Our
CMS Intelligent Response System not only receives and qualifies
leads, it is a valuable information gathering resource. Based on
client needs, we can program the system to check for
duplicates and correct basic information such as addresses and telephone
numbers. Further, our proprietary software can track distribution
and fulfillment of all leads, and issue reports to our clients as
requested (monthly, weekly, daily) in either hard copy or downloadable
form.
CMS
will collect and maintain in a secure data center, all customer
responses relative to advertising, coupon redemption, rebates, direct
mail, or in conjunction with any criteria you request. We then will
make this information available to your sales and marketing staffs
in the form that best suits their needs - in hard copy or through
the Internet via a Web-based platform. Being at the leading edge
of the technology, CMS ensures that all electronic information is
protected with appropriate firewalls and passwords, as directed
by the client.
CMS
maintains all information received on a continuous basis in a protected,
proprietary database for each client. As a client, you will receive
updates on all data as it develops as you have requested. This data
is available by geographical segment, by flags you wish to be set
for target audiences (national or key accounts, specific industry
segments) or other defined criteria. By gathering and managing essential
