Our CMS Intelligent
Information System achieves three key objectives: 1) It obtains,
identifies and utilizes all general POS and fulfillment information,
thereby offering complete management and tracking of your data.
2) The information is housed in a relational database consisting
of individual
operators who have entered the system through various means. CMS
can link key information elements such as brand, sales leads, inquiries,
coupon redemption, point-of-sale material, merchandising and industry
events to create actionable, organized and usable databases that
profile operator usage, rather than a list of names. 3) Each database
remains independent but the master database can record all activity
under each operator's unique, protected access number.
CMS
uses sophisticated, proven-effective, proprietary software for tracking
and fulfillment of all incoming POS and collateral materials requested,
regardless of the source. Our Intelligent Response System ensures
quick auditing of your customers' requests. Based on the redemption
criteria you set, we can isolate and process an extraordinary amount
of useful information, such as checking for duplicates, correcting
addresses or assigning the industry segment data.
Our
CMS Intelligent Selling System utilizes customer profiling to maximize
the effectiveness of your sales force. The profiles reflect all
operator activity and expressed areas of interest. The information
(intelligence) gathered is available online in a Web-based environment
to your sales staff to assist them in staying focused on their business
goals. It identifies opportunities for new product introduction,
targeted promotions and/or pre-selling trade shows. Data is available
demographically and/or geographically by
segment, and offers you options for designating target audiences
(i.e. national or key accounts, specific industry segments).
