Sample Fulfillment

Utilizing the CMS Fulfillment Center is an efficient, expeditious and cost-effective way of delivering collateral to your sales staff or customers. We have a modern, fully racked, well-maintained systems and trained personnel for verifying and processing in-bound orders, shipping forms, UPS labels and shipping manifests. Additionally, our proprietary inventory management software maintains accurate par levels while providing real time status reports. Finally, based on client directions we have the ability to allocate shipments against specific sales force segments.

• CMS fulfillment services are consolidated in a single location. Processing sample requests therefore becomes more efficient, inventory levels easier to manage and response times shortened.

• CMS is equipped to accommodate the fulfillment of frozen samples as the needs of our clients dictate. We are able to configure frozen samples and process pre-packed kits in addition to incorporating the appropriate storage and transportation channels.

• At CMS, it is our practice to construct and/or prepackage inventories of sample kits based on parameters set by the client. We manage inventories and maintain par levels to fulfill orders in the most timely and efficient manner.

• CMS works with clients to develop dry and/or frozen fulfillment time-lines, schedules and procedures. It is well within our normal scheduling patterns to receive inbound phone calls, electronic or facsimile requests, assemble and ship samples within a 24-hour period. Tracking confirmation for all sample shipments begins the day of shipment & continues until it reaches its final destination.

• As with other aspects of CMS fulfillment processing, the printing and distribution of expense tracking and shipment reports are provided at your request. CMS shipments and fulfillment activity are reflected in monthly reporting documents.
